Recipe: Anchovy Butter

Soften 4 0z. of butter and mix well with 2 tbsp. of anchovy sauce. Form the butter into a roll. Wrap the roll in greaseproof paper Twist ends to make it secure. Cool butter in the fridge. Unwrap and slice it to size. Serve on top of grilled fish or steak.
