- Note that FedEx levies a $5.00 address correction
adjustment for packages that are not correctly addressed. Please ensure
that the address you are shipping to is correct so as not to incur this
extra charge. If you have incorrectly addressed your order, and FedEx has
charged the extra charges, we will add these charges to your account.
FROZEN FOOD REQUIREMENTS
Frozen foods must be ordered separately from other goods.
Thermal shipping ($5-$14) is needed – see below.
FedEx delivery ($10-$35) is needed outside the extended delivery areas, which are: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DC, DE, MD, EASTERN PA & EASTERN VA
Next Day Air Service is available if required by Customer.
The difference between FedEx Ground and FedEx 2Day will be added to your invoice manually.
Frozen Food will not be sent to Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
We ship frozen products on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Due to possible delays, even using cooler & ice packs we cannot guarantee the product to arrive frozen.
We cannot guarantee that chocolate items will arrive safely over the summer months even if the thermal shipping option is used.
Thermal shipping means the order will be shipped in a box with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner and an Ice Pack which is re-useable.
The customer accepts the risk of thermal damage when placing an order.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If your order is not entirely satisfactory, please call

Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner:
- Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
- In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
- All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included.
- In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
