Cooking Guidelines

Indian Jeera & Tamarind Daal Gourmet Cooking Sauce Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 15 to 20 minutes
1) Place 2cm cubes of firm tofu or paneer cheese in a pan – enough for 3 to 4 servings (alternatively stir-fry 3-4 diced chicken breasts)
2) Pour over the Jeera and Tamarind Daal sauce and heat gently until piping hot
3) Serve with Pilau rice and naan bread (try sprinkling with crispy fried onions)
Indian Jeera & Tamarind Daal Gourmet Cooking Sauce is also good simply heated as a side dish with a curry (try using Seasoned Pioneers Sri Lankan Curry Sauce)
