Sweet, fruity flavours of pineapple and apricot are enlivened with the authentic Mexican seasonings of epazote, ancho and pasilla chillies.
Cooking Guidelines

Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to table in 15 to 20 minutes
1) Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry 500-700g diced pork (or turkey) for 2 minutes
2) Stir in the Manchamantel Sauce, bring to a boil then simmer until the pork is cooked (approx 10 minutes)
3) Serve hot with rice, salad and some good crusty bread
Mexican Manchamantel Gourmet Cooking Sauce is also good with sliced sausages and pasta baked in the oven (adding a little water if using dried pasta) or simmer gently with shrimp, mussels and a glass of white wine.
